Thank you for choosing GG Happy™! We hope our products bring joy and comfort to your home. If something isn’t perfect, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible.

  • Customers must contact us before sending a return.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized/custom items (unless defective)

  • Items marked as “final sale”


Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Please send:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the defect/damage


Exchanges

We accept exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items received

Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.


Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
