What Inspired GG Happy™

Born at a mom’s kitchen table, GG Happy™ was created to bring calm, confidence, and joy into everyday family life. Inspired by my five children and our journey with ADHD, big emotions, and sensory needs, I design mindful, sensory-friendly tools that help kids feel empowered and families feel connected.

Meet Elizabeth — Mom of Five, Founder of GG Happy™, and Advocate for Families

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Gray — mom of five, creative storyteller, and the heart behind GG Happy™.

My journey into motherhood has been beautiful, messy, emotional, and full of moments that taught me how strong our kids really are — and how much support we all need as parents.

Two of my children are neurodivergent, with ADHD and sensory needs that shape our daily lives. Through years of navigating therapies, school systems, emotional ups and downs, and deep moments of doubt, I realized something powerful:

Supporting my kids meant creating tools that helped them feel understood — and tools that helped me feel capable.

GG Happy™ was born at my kitchen table during one of those seasons where motherhood demanded creativity, courage, and softness all at once. What started as homemade charts and drawings for my kids has grown into a brand dedicated to helping families feel calmer, more connected, and more confident.

Today, GG Happy™ isn’t just a shop —

it’s a movement for moms and kids learning and growing together.
